Fahrenheit Studio Wins Three Silvers at the 5th Annual Horizon Interactive Awards Competition
Fahrenheit Studio, a design firm that specializes in cross-media branding, was honored with three prestigious Silver awards at the 5th Annual Horizon Interactive Awards Competition. The awards were for three Entertainment web sites on behalf of Virgin Records: Juliet, Sharissa, and Dwele.
LOS ANGELES, CA—May 10, 2006—Fahrenheit Studio, a design firm that specializes in cross-media branding, was honored with three prestigious Silver awards at the 5th Annual Horizon Interactive Awards Competition.
Fahrenheit Studio was recognized for their excellence in interactive media design for three Entertainment web sites on behalf of Virgin Records: Juliet (http://www.julietsounds.com), Sharissa (http://www.sharissa.com), and Dwele (http://www.dwele.net).
“At first I was a little confused, later thrilled that we actually picked up threeHorizon Interactive Silver Awards in one category,” said Dylan Tran, Director of Fahrenheit Studio. “We are grateful to Virgin Records, who gave us a tremendous amount of creative control and provided us with a diverse roster of artists to work with.”
The 2006 international competition was the largest and most competitive to date, nearly double the size of the previous year. Hundreds of entries were received from 17 countries including: Australia, Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Indonesia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Portugal, Italy, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom, and Nearly all 50 US States. A panel of judges, consisting of various industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, evaluated 13 different categories. The 2006 winning entries showcase the best developed web sites, cd-roms, dvds, video, kiosks, online advertising video games and other interactive media.
“The Horizon Interactive Awards winners are at the top of their class.
